      The system I-LAC LABELS It has been developed to meet the high demands of the narrow web flexography. In a market where color consistency and detail accuracy are critical, I-LAC LABELS guarantees that every cell of the anilox is free of dried ink residue, adhesives, or silicones.

      Intelligent Automation: Thanks to its control by With PLC and touchscreen, the operator only needs to enter the cylinder dimensions.  A high-precision servomotor manages the 60W laser sweep, while rubber-coated rollers ensure smooth and safe rotation of the anilox, protecting its axes and surfaces.

      • Fast cycles: Cleaning a standard label cylinder in just 7-9 minutes, allowing for much faster job changes.
      • Clean environment: Vaporized dirt is immediately captured by an integrated filtration and ventilation system.
